How many stops can a tour have?

There's no limit to the number of stops. Most successful tours have 4-8 stops, but we've seen tours with up to 15 stops work well for day-long experiences.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. Attendees use their mobile browser or Apple/Google Wallet. The QR code and stop information are all accessible without downloading anything.

Can I create a tour across multiple venues I don't own?

Yes! Tours are designed for multi-venue experiences. You create the tour, and each venue just needs to have a check-in point set up.

What happens if someone misses a stop?

Tour completion tracking is flexible. You can set whether stops are required or optional. The completion percentage reflects visited stops.
